Nazwa wzgórza pochodzi od słowa "caput" (głowa), ponieważ podczas kładzenia fundamentów pod główną świątynię znaleziono ludzką czaszkę. Wzniesienie, od początków istnienia Rzymu, było twierdzą i sanktuarium oraz symbolem miasta.

Powodem skrócenia było dostosowanie trasy do parametrów linii metra C, która wkrótce zastąpi ową linię lekkiej kolei na wycofanym odcinku. 104+106+082.

23 august 2012 - Rzym, Viale Titina de Filippo. Ogólnie patrząc na Włochy można odnieść wrażenie, że trolejbusy mają tu świetlaną przyszłość. Obecnie we Włoszech znajduje się 14 miast z trolejbusami a wkrótce dojdą kolejne sieci w Bari i w Avellino. W ubiegłym roku otwarto pierwszą linię w Lecce (nr 29) natomiast wkrótce "odrutowana" ma być "jedynka". W Bolonii, w październiku "czternastka" stała się linią trolejbusową a w bliżej nieokreślonym czasie dojdą kolejne linie obsługiwane nowym taborem. Ponadto nowe wozy pojawiły się w Cagliari, Anconie, Chieti i Parmie. Z kolei w La Spezii trolejbusy nie kursują do 2014 roku z uwagi na przebudowę zajezdni i dostawę nowego taboru (Solaris/Kiepe).
